Roger founded About Your Results Marketing in 2005 to help companies achieve better
results on their sales and marketing investments by providing support services that help
make them more effective when selling their products and services.


    Prior to founding About Your Results Marketing
    Surprenant previously served as SVP of Business
    Development for Virtus Marketing in Virginia where
    he helped grow the call center to over 150 seats in
    just two years serving accounts such as Comcast,
    AOL, New York Times and Cognos.  Prior to that he
    held the Executive Vice President of Sales and
    Operations position for Dragon Direct Marketing and
    started a southeast call center in Atlanta for the
    company to support the direct marketing client
    base.  In addition, he served as Sr. Vice-President of
    Sales and Sr. Vice-President of Operations for
    PointClear LLC, a BtoB call center in Atlanta where
    he assisted in growing the company by over 50%
    during his tenure.  Prior to that Surprenant was the
    Director of the Contact Center at Broadbase
    Software (now KANA) where he built the company’s
    internal call center operation.



Surprenant also was responsible for starting an internal lead generation/lead qualification
operation based in Boston for Mentor Graphics to support its North American sales force.
He has held various management positions in sales and operations over his 25 year plus
career with sales lead management companies including TECHMAR Communications, CPS
Direct and Harte-Hanks.

Surprenant has had extensive sales and marketing training including BtoB Selling, Miller-
Heiman, Caponi Group Prospecting Workshop, IntelliSource International Messaging
Workshop, Solution Selling, Corporate Visions and Leadership Management International
(LMI).  Surprenant attended the University of Massachusetts/Boston.
